Northern Wren is small enough to slip into places the big ships skip, and well-equipped enough that nobody misses them. There is an observation lounge on the bow, a lecture hall that doubles as a workshop room, and a stern deck made for aurora season.

Captain Lee and the Wrenfield crew run her in Alaska through the summer and the Baltic in the shoulder seasons. They love hosting groups who actually want to look out of the window.

Questions, answered

Is she good for creative retreats?

Very. Quiet corners, long daylight in summer and a lecture hall that can become a studio.

How rough is the water?

The Inside Passage is mostly sheltered. Open-water crossings can be lively, and the crew will tell you in advance.
